    1. 4 I'm emotionally exhausted StarsYou know what they say, don't you?Everything comes together. You know what I'm going to say, don't you?Everything comes together and then falls apart. But who's right? You ask.I am.When I finished This Much is True last year, I was emotionally wrung out. Katherine Owen has this incredible ability to reach with her words straight down your throat and to your heart. Then, like the sadist that she surely has to be, she squeezes that fucker and doesn't let it go until [...]

    2. 4.5 - 5 ★'s Soooo"the middle book", I went into this thinking things have to be good at least for a while and that's what we getr a very short while. Something happens (of course) and Linc and Tally's lives are thrown into another tailspin but this one is a doozy. You see it coming but you just don't want it to be true. ugh. But oh no, that's not allt by a long shot. Katherine Owen doesn't just give you one big dramatic event per story, nope, she heaps them on youcking them in until You. Can't [...]

    3. ~Arc provided by the author in exchange for honest review~This review is posted on Way Too Hot Books."The darkest hour has arrived"You might have thought you have seen it all from Tally & Linc in This Much Is True (Truth In Lies, #1), but you were wrong. You might have thought that this young couple has been through so much pain, lies, secrets and loss already that they more than deserved their HEA in the 1st book, but Katherine Owen says guess again and brings you The Truth About Air & [...]

    4. This is the second book in the Truth In Lies series. I've written both This Much Is True and The Truth About Air & Water as standalones. Why?Well, with This Much Is True, I wrote a book that is really two books in one, since I hate cliffhangers, and I thought I was done with Linc and Tally. This Much Is True became a bestseller on in September of 2013 and I've gained quite a few new rrrreeeaaadddd-uhs since then. The constant drumbeat for more of Linc and Tally became louder and the fact th [...]

    5. 4 She did it to me again starz. Thank you KO for the advanced readers copy of this book Katherine Owen does NOT do Light and Fluffy. She does stab your heart and watch you slowly bleed to death. She stabs with these little pricks. She stabs with intent on making you reach down to hold your heart and in your hands and watch it beat out.Tis true that this can be read as a Standalone. But don't do it. Don't do that to yourself. You would be missing the backstory, the angst and having your soul crus [...]

Gah this series, like seriously just makes you feel like MIND.EQUALS.BLOWNTally and Landon are together with Cara, adorable little family. Then in true fashion, things get a little rocky. And then we have our first 'HIT'And everything that happens after that I was just like And we're back on our whirlwind of craziness I screamed, I laughed, I got really frustrated, and then I cried at her birthday party. ADORABLE. Then again at the end, I bawled.Seriously their love is epic [...]

    8. Dear Ms. OwenI thought you couldn’t put me any more in the emotional spin cycle after what Linc and Tally went through in This Much Is True. I was so so so wrong. I began the book doing my happy dance because finally finally Linc and Tally are together and happy. "This didn’t last long though. No I knew for some reason that we wouldn’t get a gooey sappy wedding story. That would be to good to be true. Than I thought well we are talking Tally. Tally who self destructs and doubts. And did sh [...]

    9. I received my copy of The Truth about Air & Water through the First Reads program.I read such a diverse selection of genres that sometimes my friends shake their heads and ask what it is that I really like to read. I don't have a favourite, I am looking for a connection to character. Romance, paranormal, historical fiction, fantasy, urban fantasy - the genre itself doesn't matter to me, the characters do. In searching for that special author that can invite me to crawl inside the head of th [...]

    10. 5+ FAN~FUCKIN'~TASTIC STARSI don't even know what to say and believe me, I never shut up! I loved these two, Lincoln and Tally. The book hoe I am, added another piece of eye candy to my jar of goodies. And to my list of groan-worthy-ness. (I know, I know Lisa Love,;D) What a ride it has been right from the start of book #1. My opinion Katherine Owen is that you are brilliant! Such a page turner, wow! The angst was almost unbearable, well, more than that due to the breaks I had to take. How many [...]

    12. Tally & Linc have overcome a lot to get to where they are today. There has always been something standing in their way of a happily ever after, most of the time that barrier was themselves and their poor choices, their lies but now just as things are as they should, it happens. Something that threatens to change it all. Turning their epic love into something that looks far more tragic. But when your body needs the other to survive, nothing seems too impossible to overcome.Tally & Linc wh [...]

    13. "I am broken by it all. Why doesn't everyone see that?"Katherine Owen doesn't write books. She takes words and welds them together to create an experience that will last a lifetime. When you sit down to read this book, you must prepare yourself for an epic love story that isn't perfect, but what love is?Who are Tally and Linc to me? They are the most unlucky in love couples of all time. I remember almost a year ago, sitting in my house and reading This Much is True. That book broke me down to no [...]

    14. What has drawn me to Katherine Owens writing? Initially it was that I never saw what was coming next--when so many novels follow a similar "recipe", I thought hers was different. And in doing this, she often created that moment when I sit up in bed and in my head yell, "WHAT?!?" But as I devoured her novels, I realized it was the depth of her characters. Very rarely have I read (and I'm a huge book geek) novels that leave me feeling so much like I KNOW THESE PEOPLE. I waited eagerly for The Trut [...]

    15. EPIC, the only word needed to describe this book and this love story!!Tally and Linc are at it again! I loved that Linc's troubles were not as tragic as Tally's, still hard to take at moments but still EPIC and heartbreaking. How much will you go through to reclaim the love of your life?? Katherine Owen has another hit on her hands. It was beautiful, scary, heart breaking, healing, and if you are ready to take a chance at free falling then this is a must read book!! Second time reading so I coul [...]

    16. Second time reading: still all the feels. One of my all time favorite love stories. The writing is EPIC. Have you ever read a book that touched you so deep that you were consumed with the story and characters long after you finished? That's where I'm at now. I have a major book hangover and I'm not sure how to start another book as I feel like no other would compare. My full review will appear on Bookish at the end of October.0

    19. Oh my days Katherine Owen knows how to put a reader and their emotions through the wringer and then some, 10% into this book the tears started and my heart was just shattered over and over. I loved the first book in this series and anxiously wanted to know how Talia and Lincoln have faired after finally beating the odds and getting together despite their tumultuous past. Katherine states she feels this book can be read as a standalone from book 1 and I have to say I disagree, I feel to truly und [...]

I loved the banter between the two of them and liked being able to see things thru both of their eyes. Katherine, you did it proud!

    24. The Truth About Air & Water is an excellent read. I had intended to read This Much Is True first but wasn’t able to work it into my schedule and I’m kind of glad. I don’t know that I would have survived the book hangover had I read both books back-to-back. I was so emotionally drained after finishing this book that I had to sleep on it before I could write my review. The Truth About Air & Water is a rollercoaster ride of epic proportions. *****ALERT – POTENTIAL SPOILER AHEAD***** [...]

    25. NOTE: I received this book as a part of the blog tour organized by Xpresso Book Tours. To be quite honest, I dreaded picking up The Truth. Why? Well, I read and loved the prequel. It was amazing. So, just like any sane reader, I feared that The Truth could turn out to be inferior. Meet my surprised face when I devoured the book in equal doses of tears and laughter, with a pinch of mouth hanging open.I am more than happy to say that unlike other series' sequels, The Truth actually made sense. 26. This Much Is True is one of my favorite reads. It has everything I look for in a book. For this reason I was excited to start The Truth About Air and Water. I wanted more Tally and Linc. At the same time I was also skeptical. I'm the type of reader whose book shelves are lined with continuations of books I love and guess what? They are mostly DNF (if even started). I find myself falling in love with characters only to lose interest and find boredom when reading their companions and follow-up nov [...]

The Truth About Air and Water **Received through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review** May contain spoilers if you have not read the first book in the series. Tally is thrilled to be showing Linc the little church she found in Half Moon Bay for them to have their wedding in. The only problem is she has to convince him to have the ceremony there because his dad wants him to do it at a different location. As they are speaking to Pastor Dan about themselves and their relationship, Linc tel [...]

    28. This is book two in the Truth in Lies series. It continues the story of Linc and Tally, their love continues but will they be together? I enjoyed this book a little more than the first, it was such an emotional roller-coaster, I know I used this phrase in the first book, but gee whiz, this one is more so than the first. Oh my goodnesssssss, what is Katherine Owen doing to my heart and my head? I was like no no noooooooo, you cannot do that to Tally and she’s been through so much already. There [...]
