    1. this book was a rare find, totally by random but I am so glad that I did. It seems that artwork books are making a come back or at the very least getting more coverage than before. In the past they have been poorly printed and presented, being little more than exploiting the fans desire for a larger print of their favourite book cover. Not this one. The text is informative and often the art is not the most famous of a particular artist. Also their are numerous links to s website to encourage fur [...]

    3. If I was rating JUST based on the art this would be a 5* book but I'm rating the writing too and sadly that wasn't quite as good. I LOVE the idea of a book featuring many artists in the fantasy genre and I think this has some great examples of older and newer but I also think that the writing lets this down a bit. 4. This book is an amazing collection of contemporary fantasy, dragon art from all kinds of mediums and styles. Every piece is stunning and captivating. It's very hard to tell the differences between the digital works and the traditional pieces. They are all done masterfully well. There are even some digital pieces that get broken down into the step-by-step creation process, accompanied by a few notes from the artist.Besides the pictures, the book also has text discussing how dragon and fantasy art [...]

    5. I got this book for my birthday and it is BEAUTIFUL. I didn't want it as much for the text but more for all the gorgeous paintings. Each artist creates dragons in their own unique style. There are differences, but similarities as well. I would recommend Dragon Rt to any dragon-or fantasy-lover.
